Thunder Armor is a brand-new, made-in-America line of premium aluminum tonneau covers, engineered and built by Thunderstone Manufacturing on more than 140 years of agriculture and transportation know-how (Timpte). The product was ready, heavy-duty, low-profile, no-drill install, backed by a five-year warranty, but the brand was starting from zero: no traffic, no audience, no search presence, and no awareness in a category dominated by established players.
The goal was a launch that could do three things at once: introduce the brand to truck owners quickly and affordably, capture the shoppers already searching for a truck bed cover for their exact vehicle, and start building an owned audience and organic footprint that would compound over time, all while keeping acquisition costs disciplined for a business selling a considered, $1,400–$1,600 product.
DigiSphere built a coordinated go-to-market across paid social, paid search, and organic channels, with clean GA4 and call tracking in place from day one so every dollar and every channel could be measured and optimized as the brand scaled.
Measured across GA4, Meta Ads, Facebook, Instagram, Google Ads, and CallRail, covering the first four months since the brand went live.

GA4 monthly sessions. Traffic grew steadily every month after launch.
Video-led Facebook & Instagram campaigns introduced Thunder Armor to truck owners at scale, plus dedicated follower campaigns to build an owned audience, engineered for an exceptionally low cost per click.
A structured Google Ads account; brand, vehicle-specific search (Ford, Chevy, GMC, RAM), competitor conquest, Performance Max, and remarketing put Thunder Armor in front of shoppers actively searching for a cover.
Consistent posting and reels across Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, and LinkedIn turned paid reach into a growing, engaged community and a library of brand content.
GA4, Google Search Console, and CallRail were configured from launch, while technical SEO and a keyword footprint across hundreds of truck/vehicle terms were put in place to build durable organic visibility.
Beyond the paid engine, consistent organic content turned reach into a real community, more than 2,750 net new followers across Facebook and Instagram, over 43,600 Facebook post engagements, and a steadily climbing Instagram engagement rate. Organic social became the brand's second-largest traffic source, nearly matching paid social.
Facebook & Instagram insights. TikTok and LinkedIn presences were also established during launch.
A tightly structured Google Ads account captured demand across every major truck platform. Vehicle-specific search campaigns posted 6–8% click-through rates, competitor conquest hit 9.9%, and brand search reached 29.6%, evidence that the awareness built on social was translating into people searching for Thunder Armor by name.

Google Ads, client-facing (markup applied). Phone demand was also captured, 21 tracked calls with an 86% answer rate via CallRail.
In its first four months, Thunder Armor went from a standing start to more than 23,000 monthly website visits, a 2,750-strong social following, and hundreds of qualified conversions, built on paid social that delivered clicks for pennies and search campaigns that captured demand across every major truck platform.
With measurement in place from day one and an SEO foundation now taking hold, the brand is positioned to convert this early momentum into compounding organic growth and revenue.
DigiSphere Marketing combines marketing, design, and technical expertise to help brands like Thunder Armor launch and scale through hard work, agentic data controls, clear communication, and full-funnel execution across every channel.
