Sarasota Gate & Access serves Sarasota, Bradenton, and Venice, and their customers are homeowners and HOAs who want a gate or access control system done right. Those folks want someone local, and they want proof that the company does great work. When we started, the expertise was there but the search visibility and the reviews didn't reflect it yet.
We built out service pages for gates, access control, and HOA systems, optimized the Google Business Profile for calls and directions, and ran a reputation program that kept a steady stream of new reviews coming in from happy customers.
Search clicks grew 64%, from 982 to 1,614, and average position went from 41.6 to 15.6. Twenty-seven of the 41 keywords we track are now in the top three, including #1 for "driveway gate installers near me" and "hoa gate access control company sarasota." Reviews doubled from 41 to 85 with a 4.95 rating, and direction requests were up 24%.
