The second issue was a much more difficult task than the first, so we started out by doing professional video production creating a video which would tell the story of paintless dent repair, it’s benefits, and when it’s appropriate to use a service, in a compelling way.

We were able to utilize the video assets that we created on the website, but also as Pay Per Click remarketing and display advertising assets to help resolve the issue they had been experiencing with clients not understanding PDR (Paintless Dent Repair).
To solve the first issue we started with the basics and continued to iterate once we had achieved a baseline success with the paid search marketing.
After much discussion with the client and an obtaining and understanding of what had been done in the past, we came up with a game plan which included several steps:
1. Build a new website
2. Shoot Professional Video Footage.
3. Start over with Google
4. Level up the organic social posting strategy
5. Implement aggressive Search Engine Optimization for better organic exposure
6. Fully flesh out and keep up to date the client’s social profiles and Google Business Page.
With a new site with improved architecture we were able to structure better-performing organic and paid search campaigns which yielded better ROI on all efforts put forth. The client has multiple locations with different owners so we employed our Corporate Franchise Website model which includes Microsites for each store owner to optimize separately.
In addition to enhancing mobile speed and performance with the same front-end look and feel, the implementation of Schema on products and FAQ pages enhanced the organic results and exposure of the client in organic searches.
The implementation of customized GA4 tracking allowed for a better understanding of direct sales and led to new ways to optimize beyond the original design for better conversion rates on direct sales of the site, and informed future business decisions of the company as a whole.
Regard PPC we got the client off of Google text ads as the primary source of paid ads and included a blended strategy which utilizes Video, Remarketing, Social Media Ads, Bing, third party sites like Yelp and Google!
