After much discussion with the client and an obtaining and understanding of what had been done in the past, we came up with a game plan which included several steps: 

  1. Create a multi-store Corporate Franchise Website
  2. Develop Microsites for multiple store locations
  3. Set up branding guidelines and implement a consistent social media strategy
  4. Run paid ads.

Restaurants require foot traffic, so it’s highly important to make sure you optimize every aspect of the company’s digital footprint to get local organic traffic to the stores. In the case of a Franchise, this needs to be done for dozens of individual franchise locations. The challenge with a Franchise site is always keeping the consistent branding, but also allowing the Franchisee to express their own story and local vibes. 

We accomplished this with a responsive WordPress multi-store installation and custom design.
